General Professional Studies (Management Programme)

Your working day increasingly confronts you with challenges that call not only for conventional, function-specific expertise, but also for broad management knowledge and keen personal skills. In our “General Professional Studies” management programme, you’ll consolidate all the skills you need and gain the ability to meet the increasingly complex demands of new responsibilities and assignments.

In the General Management module, you will study the principal processes of modern organizations. In the modules on Change Management, Enterprise Management and Controlling, and Project Management and Practice Transfer, special attention is given to the sustainability of the skills acquired in your studies, and to transferring your knowledge to actual practice.

In the Personal Skills module, you’ll build on your personal skills in the areas of knowledge management, leadership and cross-cultural communication.

The certified management programme can be completed as a full course of study. However, you can also complete the General Management and Personal Skills modules, or any course in the General Professional Studies programme, individually.
