    Course Goals

    Using specific examples that you bring to your studies, you devote yourself to planning and implementing processes of change as projects in your company. You establish suitable starting points and supporting structures, and develop ways of dealing with resistance.

    You examine core elements of controlling in detail, and utilize them to control projects of any scope. With consideration for both objective and interpersonal factors, you address the conditions that successful project management depends on, acquiring and improving methods and techniques that you can integrate directly in your professional context.

    Conditions of Admission

    To enroll in the Certificate Program in General Management, you must have:

    • An undergraduate degree, or
    • An equivalent qualification in the form of a qualification for admission to higher education, completed vocational training, and at least 2 years’ work experience with leadership responsibilities, or
    • An equivalent qualification in the form of completed vocational training and at least 5 years’ work experience with leadership responsibilities.

    We recommend work experience and current employment in any case as a prerequisite for enrollment since this allows you to transfer the skills you acquire immediately to your professional practice.
