In this situation, the certificate programme in General Management reinforces your skills in the areas of Change Management, Enterprise Management and Controlling, and Project Management and Practice Transfer.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of the certificate programme, you will have acquired extended skills for the management of people, processes and projects. You will be able to use change management tools to plan processes of change in businesses, government agencies and organizations, thus increasing the chances of successful organizational action.

Current dates

Duration:

4 months
The period of supervised study can be extended by four months without additional fees.

Prerequisites:

A first academic degree,
or

Equivalent qualifications: Secondary leaving certificate with qualification for higher education, completed vocational training and at least two years’ work experience with supervisory duties,
or
Equivalent qualifications: Completed vocational training and at least five years’ work experience with supervisory duties.

We recommend work experience and current employment as a prerequisite for this certificate programme. This ensures that you can directly transfer the skills you acquire to your professional practice.
