Enterprise Management and Controlling
Management through Processes
Controlling is one of the responsibilities of management — both of the top-level management of an enterprise or organization, and of individual department or area managers. Thus it’s no coincidence that managers and executives are increasingly being involved in planning and controlling processes. In view of an increasingly dynamic social and economic context, those who set goals and objectives are well advised to continuously analyze the goals themselves, as well as the path chosen and the progress made towards implementing them, in order to generate the awareness that is an important foundation of control.
Accordingly, more and more employers, in all industries as well as in a growing number of non-profit organizations and government agencies, expect their employees in all fields and functional areas to have a thorough understanding of controlling processes.
The certificate programme in Enterprise Management and Controlling teaches you this fundamental management expertise. The programme presents the controlling cycle and familiarizes you with its principal instruments.
